2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

3. 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, ArmanElectHub offers a generous 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Items must be:

• In original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

4. Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. For faults arising within 6 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items with broken or removed tamper-evident seals (software, games)
• Items that have been personalised or custom-configured
• Hygiene products (earphones, ear tips) once opened, unless faulty
• Digital downloads or activated software licences

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 working days.

7. Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, ArmanElectHub will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

• Express Next-Day Delivery: Order before 2pm (£4.99)
• Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland may take longer
